Your sales executive will be enrolled once our team receives their order form so they can begin the online learning.
Firstly, you will have the confidence to interact with customers via the phone or on the showroom floor!
You will also receive a digital completion certificate immediately after you complete the course, and one of our TSS Specialist Trainers, will pay a visit to you and your dealership to present you with a framed copy of your certificate, a TSS Certified Deal Pen, and take a photo.
The Sales Executive Mastery Course is perfect for sales executives who want to elevate their skills in customer engagement, excel in the Walk-In Sales Process, and master Sales Call Handling techniques.
Any sales executive with 1 or more years of experience will benefit from the program’s focus on leadership, performance improvement, and actionable strategies for success in a dealership environment.
