Is it a face-to-face course?The Sales Cadetship Program, is a blended learning style, that includes an online component; which includes, videos, text and quizzes, a workbook, and a face-to-screen component; 6 weekly LIVE online sessions with our TSS Training Specialists.

How long does the course go for?The Sales Cadetship Program runs for 6 weeks. Your cadet will be enrolled once our team receives their order form so they can begin the online learning component and mystery shop, prior to their first LIVE session.

What happens once the course is completed?Firstly, you will have the confidence to interact with customers via the phone or on the showroom floor! You will also receive a digital completion certificate immediately after you complete the course, and one of our TSS Specialist Trainers, will pay a visit to you and your dealership to present you with a framed copy of your certificate, a TSS Certified Deal Pen, and take a photo.

Who runs the weekly live sessions?Our team of TSS Specialist Trainers run the LIVE sessions. The team has been set on a rotating roster, so that cadets get the opportunity to experience a range of teaching styles, techniques and perspectives.
